Thanks for clearing that up. You remind me of someone I was in a flatshare with in Essex for a couple of years. She was a teacher too as I am. We all ended up living in a Nurse's home as they spent 6 million building it and then they didn't have enough nurses to fill it so 40 odd teachers ended up living there!   She was from a farm in Staffordshire originally. Would be good to catch up with her again.   The Hoods are great. Good luck.
