Ibuprofen usually does the trick over about three days or so. Just hoping I'll be OK for the National Road Rally next Saturday, about 300-odd miles of riding.

Looks like we all missed out on ice cream . . . . . the ice cream van wasn't in its usual spot at Blithfield reservoir.
