I agree, don't like looking at profiles with no face!!

Already fixed. Profile notifications are no longer sent out unless the profile is complete and there is at least 1 photo

Small change: Notifications wont be sent out until a moderator has also approved the profile now. So hopefully less of them spammers joining, notifications being sent, then the spammer being deleted causing confusion
