Americans, the pics show an American back drop, American style clothes and make up. Even the decor looks typical yank.

The quickest give away is a london post code and poor grammar in the text..

Sorry, the gmail was the email address they sent me in a message, it isn't part of the username.

Their username is patmarks02

Put the email addy in Google and see what comes up. Some pics of a decent looking woman, when in reality it's probably some guy called Boris sat at his computer in Khazakstan or something like that.

A good chance to weed out the spammers who've been hiding inactive. It brings them all out.

Please press the REPORT button on any profile you suspect to be a dodgy one. Add a little comment for the moderators also if it's not obviously clear they're a spammer.

I don't know whether to be delighted or offended that all the contact I've had appears to have been genuine. I mean am I missing out on untold delights here? Or maybe I just don't know how to spot a dodgy one?

I guess the giveaway is asking for email address.....
