From reading the report & listening to the bit with the SQL it seems more like what they are asking for is not to send stuff to 'A soldier'
I was raised in the army, & have had family serving until recently & can confirm that a parcel not addressed to anyone specific can cause problem for the forces post service.
The appeal jacks posted has someone for you to send stuff too, its to the Quarter Master, at Lashkar Garrison & then the BFPO number so I would say to go ahead & send it as its his request ... put a letter in with it I know you will get a reply off someone, just remember the postal limit pls or no one will get them
The postage is free( upto 2kg), all it would cost is the envelope. The postal address is you would like to help is:QM, TFH, Lashkar Gar, BFPO 715
