http://www.art-tic.com/monocasco.html     The Monocasco Concept Bike is a tribute to the original OSSA Monocasso that famed Spanish racer Santiago Herrero rode in the '70s. Herrero, who died in track related crash in the 1970 Isle of Mann TT. The bike is an electric version, designed by ART-TIC Team.

I would say it is just a rendering of a CAD model (I am guessing Solidworks as I recognise the stone paving) with some obvious design flaws but I do like the basic form of the monocoque.   Will be interesting to see if they develop it any further.
