The latest update from the Met Office   Outlook for Friday to Sunday: Staying unsettled. Sunny spells, especially mornings and early evenings, but also heavy, slow moving thundery showers likely. Overnight fog patches and grass frosts possible. Well after dragging my ar*se all week, I am loaded and more or less ready to roll   I have not heard form ciaran fireblade, since my change of plan, but will still be stopping at Brentwood services at 12-30 to 1-00pm tomorrow. If you read this or my pm give us a shout ciaran fireblade.   The weather forcast is much the same. Today in London we have had some heavy showers, but mainly dry. The temperature is ok. If it's like that I can cope no probs.
