I had a letter today from the housing association from whom I rent my house. Apparently there has been a complaint about a motorbike "making noise" in the early hours of the morning! I work nights and arrive home anytime between 2 and 6 am depending on how busy I've been and I park my bike at the back of my house in a garage in a communal parking area.I dont know how I'm supposed to get the bike in without the engine running cos I'm certainly not pushing it! It's not as though it's a noisy bike as I'm sure those on here who have met me will testify but if whoever it was who complained (who incidentally didnt have the bollocks to knock on my door) thought they had a problem, they certainly have now! I was toying with the idea of getting some "less boring"sounding pipes and this has just made my mind up he he he

its normally the green eyed type that hate the fact they dont have a bike, all i did when i had the cruiser with Jardines is, drop the clutch if i was coming home late or out early, as long as your considerate they go go £%*& themselves, you could always invite lets say a few of us round for a cuppa....now that would be noisey !!!!!

as long as it's road legal they can't do anything (can they?).   Pass the message back to the complainant via the housing that they are welcome to buy you a quieter bike and you'll consider using it some days lol

you are all thinking along the same lines as me lol I think it's the same one who complains about kids playing out the back, ball games are now banned and the kids have to be in their gardens by a certain time! I bought an old escort van today and the door has just made a very satisfying clang as I closed it when I got home lol
