As I have matured.......

I now know how costly it is to pay for prescription medication!!!! What a rip-off that is!! And the first packet had just 5 pills in it...... £7.20!!!!

Nice to see the regulars are still out there.........It's good to be back.

Oh that hurt my ears!! Me thinks you should pay for prepayment prescription if you have to take regular medication ... it works out a lot cheaper across the year ... but only if you have to have regular prescribed meds Someone is making a hell of a lot of money out of people being unwell!! As I have matured I have become more bloody stupid!!!

When I worked as a dispenser back in 1978 it was 20p per item!!

Unbelievable isn't it when you think about it - how did we get from 20p to more then £7 per item!!! As I have matured the cost of living has made me poorer!!!

My wages were about £40 per week and it felt great getting them every friday in a brown envelope. I spent most of it on shoes lol

Price of everything has gone up but my wage has stayed the same!!! I can get 3 bottles of wine for £10 to drink at home - if I am out £10 wouldn't pay for 3 glasses of wine!! Recession sucks!
