It's because of idiots like that, that we all get a shed load of health and safely crud to suffer!
Who pay's the medical bills when he's in wheelchair for the rest of his life with a broken back. I certainly hope that it's not the garage owner! Maybe his 'mates' will have a whip round and buy a round of drinks!
