Suggestions for a smaller bike

Any suggestions for a good small framed racing 250 to 400cc bike?

Looking at options for other half for an additional bike that's easier to handle when conditions out there are a bit trickier - increase max bike time!! Current bike Kawasaki ER-6

Also would mean I can use her bike when the same applies to my Triumph Tiger - which is a big bike and since it decided to throw me off seems appealing....

Any suggestions folks?

  Racing? Sports or off road?   How about the Suzuki DR? Altho I'm 5' 5" I've only got a short leg length and it 'fits'  me ok. Not like some other off/on road bikes.   There's a photo on my profile.

The Tiger beging more rugged than the ER I'd stick with it in poor weather, speaking from a "crash on ER650" the bars and plastics are VERY vunerable.

Kwak - More a sports racing than off road.

Hull750Rider... - The Tiger/ER6 is more a height issue - the Tiger is one tall heavy m/c
