any kind of extra protection in my book is a good idea.....i am guilty though of jumping on the bike with jeans on etc.....but i would normally always wear a proper jacket, so if its not too uncomfortable for you ladies i think its a great idea

I think its a great idea - maybe a kind of corset rather then a female 'cod piece' for the chest?
