Just came off my 500 on the way home.  smahsed the crap out of the fairing (which i was gonna take off anyway) and bent the works :(

I'm fine, I did a fantastic combat roll on hitting the road.   Forks are bent on bike and fairings screwed but nevermind!

you can get soon get some forks off ebay matey. Sorry to hear about your accident. It was a year ago that my Falco dumped me on the approach to a roundabout near Hatfield. I was in worse shape than the bike and have a permanently dislocated shoulder as a result.

It looks like you did it the right way round and the bike came off worse than you. As Bluesbiker pointed out, at least it wasn't the Daytona. That would have been a real pisser.

I'm on the hunt for a new set of forks and a wheel and disk.  wheel might be ok but I doubt it as the disks bent

Sorry to read this has happened seb, just glad your alright and  your manouvre got you away from the bike - like has been said before, bikes can be replaced and mended, friends take a lot longer if they forget to let go.........Thumbs Down  Take care bud
