I am going to go out and see if I can find a shop that is open.......... get some last minute groceries and look at the cigarette counter......... and if I can NOT buy any then I have cracked it. If I weaken and buy some.... then I know it is probably the wrong time to try to stop.

Hey I did it... went to tescos and bought some bits and pieces.... stopped at the ciggy counter...... "Can I help you sir?" "No it's ok love, I was just checking the prices... thanks a lot...." Chuffed with meself. Mind you was shaking... I needed a fag
