Maybe try a different manufacturer Roachy, there is (and it may be in this thread) a recommendation for somewhere.   I would also recommend Scott Leathers, I have had a jacket made by them and it fitted right out of the post.  But they did seem to take more measurements than BTK did.   Geoff, I have known people who have had their leathers re-sized at Andelle and they have done a good job.
