Just wondered if anyone can recommend a company specialising in continental bike travel insurance. I've previously used Saga but found that the policy only covered bikes up to 125cc!!
and present bike is 1000cc (thanks to Chris who said read small print before renewing).

Does that mean they would only have covered 1/8 of your bike? 🙂

I have worldwide yearly insurance through my bank (Co-op). It’s AXA and covers me for most things not just biking hols, , not the cheapest way but does it for me.

Thanks for that Pete, I'll contact AXA as about insurance as its about 5 weeks before I set off.
Thanks Steve for that insight into the complexities of insurance. See you next month.

Tried all 3 of the most famous comparison sites and then did deep-dive into suggested insurer's travel insurance 'exclusions' trying to find any that don't exclude "motorcycling over 125cc'. Biggest I've found so far is 750cc. My search for cover for litre bike continues
