I have had a load of 'Fed Ex have been unable to deliver a parcel' emails in the last couple of weeks. .............. DELETE..............  Stay safe.  Also quite a few........... we want to give you some money mails.  Must be the cyber crims having a concerted effort.     DELETE.   If it's too good to be true, then it probably isn't true..

Been getting FedEx ones for a while now, and ones about my Paypal saying I need to log in to update it, I get a load from LinkedIn as well.

Haven't had any 419'ers for ages though, that seems to have died off. Maybe they've given up on Western Union and moved onto FedEx LOL

They all come to my Hotmail so I just use the 'Block' option. I guess they just keep creating new accounts to send from though.

On this subject, when I sold my CBR600 a few years ago, I had a guy mail me who said he was out in Japan helping with the earthquake cleanup etc. He was going to send his 'agent' round to my house to look at the bike. Then a few days later he mailed me again saying the agent couldn't attend but he would have the bike anyway and wanted me to mail my Bank details so he could put a deposit in.  I politely told him to F off and blocked his email.  So if your flogging a bike, another one to watch out for.  I did sell the bike in the end to a guy who paid cash in my hand.

Yep, I even complained to LinkedIn about their spam. They said it isn't down to them, I said oh yes it is because they are using LinkedIn accounts. Now add my email address to whatever filter you need to to stop anybody from LinkedIn from ever contacting me. They did that for me, but now I get mails saying LinkedIn but not actually from LinkedIn. LMAO I don't even read the bloody things LOL

Seen that scam as well AJ, like when a bloke says he works offshore and will pay for the item and send someone to collect it. Yeah, ok mate whatever, I'll keep hold of my bank details thanks Wink

Surely your paying in details for your bank account doesn't  give others access to your money. Isn't  that a separate transaction?

your name, address, bank account details ?????  You can build someones life off those details and a little research.

It's not just the details you need to worry about Sandi. When you take a payment from somebody who then sends an agent to collect whatever they bought from you, they then reverse the payment or cancel it so you lose the money AND whatever they bought from you.

Got a Paypal have rejected a transaction today.  Considering I haven't used it in ages, hovering the cursor over 'paypal' revealed it wasn't from paypal at all. In any case I would log into Paypal via the correct URL and not via the supplied link.  Block and delete. I tried answering one earlier in the week, composed a ridiculous story on why I didn't want to be sent money, but I could arrange an agent to collect it on my behalf if they would arrange to pay for the airfare out of the proceeds and when I sent it, the address was invalid anyway.

Had a couple of 'Amazon have cancelled your order' emails and an order number to click on. I didn't obviously, but on the Amazon website proper there are instructions on what to do with what they call 'spoof emails'   So I did. Thumbs Up

Several refunds are ready and are waiting me to action.  BT want to review my account n line.   Some African prince thinks he is related to me and apparently my order for penis enlargement tablets are ready!

Haven't bought anything so haven't sent anything back, don't have BT line, the only prince I know is the dog down the road and last time I looked I didn't have a penis.

Tis all good oh and at least the Russian ladies still find me the most attractive man they've laid eyes on.   Happy days :-)

I keep getting Viagra emails, Cialis emails, and Erectile Dysfunction emails!!

I wanna know who's been talking?!?!?!?! LOL

I had to 'Google' what Cialis is. I thought it was something to do with poorly snakes, but then realised it wasn't a typo and reptile dysfunction isn't really a problem after all.
