Don't forget folks, if you have a rendezvous/start point post it up, it may encourage others to join you for the ride down to Matlock.

Rendezvous/start points so far folks;

*** Bassetts Pole (McDonalds Car Park), London Road, B75 5SA - leaving between 10:45am - 11:00am

*** Car Park (opposite the Corner House Cafe & Bambles) Towngate, Holmfirth, HD9 3AY - leaving at 10:30am

Quietman (QM) has also said that he will be going down M6 then A515 into Matlock via Cat n Fiddle if anyone would like to join him, just let him know where!

:D Also Jinx has very kindly offered anyone south of Brum needing a pillion ride? He can scoop up on the way up from Gloucestershire, or en route to Bassett's Pole, just holler (all for the princely sum of... An Icecream!)

please check out the lift section on the event page to see whether you are able to give one of the three lovely ladies a Pilly to Matlock, afterall that's what it's all about.

I'm not going from Squires, I'm leaving from Holmfirth (as per all my posts on this thread).

I have been asking if anyone is leaving from Squires but it appears that no one is, or if they are they don't wish to share that fact. Ermm

Just did a pre-ride recce as the weather is nice and I have a day off. Up to Ashbourne, then B5035 down past Carsington and up into Matlock. Lovely. AND just to be sure, I sampled the Mint Choc chip ice cream and a coffee. So look for Halls and the plastic ice cream cones outside. This Sunday....be there, you know you want to. AJ

If your not sure what to look for, I have put a photo of Halls and the ice cream cones in 'Photos' section when you go into the event. Taken today, hope that helps.
