West Yorkshire councils have published a transport plan which totally ignores bikes. Consultation finishes on 30 April. Please take 15mins to fill it in - let them know we exist!

Manhill, i have tried three times to complete this survey, but i keep being thrown out of it! Grrrr! Im being to think its a plot to stop anyone giving negative feedback...

Has anyone else managed to complete this?
