This is doable in a day, if u r within striking distance to start off with.

@Guiness Rider- I am immune to fake tan, unlike Bill lol.
 Was thinking meet on a Friday eve at a campsite near a pub that does food. Set off Sat morn to do a pass, find brekkie then do a pass or 2 till lunch then do 2/3 more and back to site for evening jollities. Then on Sunday you can take your hangover back home!!

I'm thinking that a Friday meet would be better so no-one has to ride the passes with a fully laden bike. These are difficult roads, very steep and winding.

Last time we did this,a couple of years ago,we camped in Langdale,albeit we managed to get split up and ended up on two different sites...It was a lateish start on the Saturday but we did do another pass..possibly Honister? as we made it to Keswick in the afternoon..

SG aye forgot thee was immunned to it but darn those tootsies where sparkling bright. Sounds good does trip

. We did one few years back all stayed in converted stables bunk beds with kitchen shower block etc with pub attached. Heidi Doug Mandy pj john myself loads more can't think of name but saved on loading up with camping gear just did plenty ride outs.
