Day trip then?

This is doable in a day, if u r within striking distance to start off with.
However, an overnighter at a campsite / bnb is better.

@Guiness Rider- I am immune to fake tan, unlike Bill lol.
Was thinking meet on a Friday eve at a campsite near a pub that does food. Set off Sat morn to do a pass, find brekkie then do a pass or 2 till lunch then do 2/3 more and back to site for evening jollities. Then on Sunday you can take your hangover back home!!

That sounds good if I can do the date picked I will dash up the M6 after work Friday.
SlowGoose
I'm thinking that a Friday meet would be better so no-one has to ride the passes with a fully laden bike. These are difficult roads, very steep and winding.

Last time we did this,a couple of years ago,we camped in Langdale, albeit we managed to get split up and ended up on two different sites...It was a lateish start on the Saturday but we did do another pass..possibly Honister? as we made it to Keswick in the afternoon..

Is everyone welcome to join up on this weekend? New member here from Hudds!
I could be up for this depending on the dates! Like the idea of the converted stables with bunks, but camping is no problem either!

So let's talk about some dates then.
The last one was ace, it was organised by Too and was my first BM camping trip.
I think XK has already posted a link to the site we used. Well one the sites anyway :-)
