There's the Whistle Stop café in whitby, I think it's a Thursday. make sure you park your bike in gear though, it's a hilly car park..... learned to my cost

Try the Oasis cafe on the Marine Drive, that's the center of the universe for Scarborough bikers, then there's the cafe in the woods at Fimber and seaways a couple of miles further on.
And it can be fun getting to Squires without using the A64!
