Well my taste is eclectic to say the least, and might not be to everyones taste, but here a just a couple that I have favoured for a few years now.

Ozzy and Lita Ford : If I close my eyes forever.

Doro Pesch : Fur Immer.

If you dont know them you can always youtube them. (although you might need an understanding of German get the Doro track.)
