Has all the font and sizing on BM changed overnight or has my laptop gone nutts

JP Check your zoom setting mine is 110%. But you can enter a custom setting. Click on VIEW then ZOOM at the top left of your browser.

On the Majority of browsers holding down Ctrl and pressing 0 Zero) at the top of the keyboard will reset the Zoom back to 100%.

Mind you JP may have to squint to find the zero on his laptop. lol
