East Midlands   I did 100 miles in the rain today, so this isn't going to stop me. Must keep warm though Monday: A bright, frosty start. Clouding over as outbreaks of rain move in during the day. Some heavy bursts are likely before clearing away during afternoon. Maximum temperature 11 °C.
