Kwak, I doubt the system would cope if we all posted what we'd eaten over Christmas, so maybe its a good thing !!!!!
At the mo I'm eating lots of home made creations, lots of beans, casseroles, fish, lentils, wholegrain rice and pasta, and oodles of fruit and veg - I just love cooking!
Got mum around for lunch so going to get off in a bit and put together a chicken and chickpea curry with wholegrain rice - yum!! Not a nut in sight ! Well I may sprinkle a few almonds on it lol
