Home-made Cauliflour cheese. Chested a bit tho. made the sauce from a colmans packet! But even so Im looking forward to eating it. At this rate I might even start baking cakes! pmsl. just made mine to take into work, salmon and onion on a tiger bap, tiny can of pineapple pieces in juice and an apple. taken a tub of meat & spud stew out of the freezer for when i get home at 8.30.    Have a nice day folks, im off to work Disapprove

Kwak, I doubt the system would cope if we all posted what we'd eaten over Christmas, so maybe its a good thing !!!!! At the mo I'm eating lots of home made creations, lots of beans, casseroles, fish, lentils, wholegrain rice and pasta, and oodles of fruit and veg - I just love cooking!   Got mum around for lunch so going to get off in a bit and put together a chicken and chickpea curry with wholegrain rice - yum!!  Not a nut in sight !  Well I may sprinkle a few almonds on it lolSmile
