day 9 improving every day - except the sleep pattern, cant seem to get more than 2hrs at a time .

Only just heard of this Dugald...2 months will fly by, probably wont remember how to put weight on it !!
Will try & sort some stabilisers for the bike when you're back on it.

1st ride on the Bandit today , only 3 mile quick blast on Ripon bypass , no pain when riding
bit o a struggle getting on at 1st , got heel stuck on seat when getting off again .
got to go for a check-up in June as there are still conserns about the blood supply to the balljoint , hopefully all will be good or it's back in for hip-replacement
