Well, you've done over 24 hrs so well done, just be strong. Orange juice helps for some bizzare reason.   Drink it rube, don't try and smoke it.                                                                                                                                                                             

Well Christmas day.... been up for about an hour........ awake for longer,  not felt like a cigarette yet.... well I have but not craving it.  Hope it stays like this..... big trial is going to be when I go to my mates.  Well we shall see.  Whatever happens I am quite chuffed with myself as I didn't bother with patches or cutting down or any of that nonsense......... just straight in there. (Which is how I stopped many years ago too.)   Thanks for your concern Di.  Much appreciated.   All I need to do is keep this up another day or two and I should be sorted..... oh and avoid becoming a red eyed axe murderer

put it into early retirement rube, give it its notice an pay it some redundancy and it will be ok.   you could jump on it an refuse to let it have any  lighter fluid that might kill it............  death by withdrawal   if this works bury it no cremation cos it all might blow in ya face !!!!
