Ladies and gentlemen,

I fell off the other day, and upsettingly broke some parts on my bike.

So long story short, I ordered some lovely new titan racing levers from www.moto-racing.co.uk.

This was last saturday, delivery estimate was 2-5 business days, so been checking the online order status every morning and afternoon since i placed the order and the company took my money and all it has said is 'pending shipment'

They don't answer the phone number provided on their website and so far haven't answers my email.

anyone else had any dealings?

cheers
Paul

Finally had a reply today after my second email, telling them their level of customer service was appalling! Was told the items were on back order from the supplier. Would it not have hurt them to inform me this when i was looking at the item instead of letting me order it, pay my money thinking they had stock??
Absolutely dreadful! Never ever use this site people!!

Any ideas when you will get them?

As an update,

I still have not received my levers! No word since, no change to my order status, still item pending shipment!

I will tell everyone now, do not use them. I never will again

if they're on "back order" you could wait up to 6 weeks or so Cry

Sorry to hear of your bad experience but thanks for sharing it with everyone.

These companies should buck up their acts, and hopefully bad publicity like this will make them do so

...or they could just go out of business?

I know there is a potential for it to be abused but maybe there is an opportunity to have a permanent thread - "good guys and shyster service"
We can learn from each other who the cowboys are?
