I have a list of supermarket petrol stations just off the motorways around the country. With the increasing fuel prices and higher costs at motorway service stations may save you a few bob on those longer journeys and definately on snacks etc. If any intrest I'll copying them on to this forum

Very useful list Rooster. I always check sat nav for petrol stations when on motorways. wont pay motorway prices and it breaks up the journey riding on normal roads for ten minutes. here's another cheap petrol station: M1 Junction 34 meadowhall sainsburys.

M6 jtn 43 Carlisle. Large tesco store on the side of the motorway. Open 24/7 for fuel .. Main store is open 24 hours.
