Think that the entire country screwed for 10 mins may just have a little impact, whereas a mass ride down the A1 may look good on the telly but would have little tactical advantage, the authorities are more likely to disrupt a large group, but 3 bikes suddenly slowing down for 10 mins then f**king off, very hard to counter!
IMHO

3 or 4 bikes won't be seen as a protest we need large groups to be noticed

Ideally yes large groups would be better, but on a practical note if it rains on sunday a wave of apathy may scupper this, Joe public doesn't need to know what's going on at the moment, It's the index linked gin swillers on the euro gravy train that need their cages rattled.let the roadside traffic flow monitor's tell the story!

Alice I'll make sure my bro takes a decent pic of me in a frock and heels just to prove I do wear dresses-granted the last time was for the Santa crawl and involved thigh high boots and a rather raunchy ms claus but as it was in aid of charity I obliged... Proof was in the local paper pmsl!! And NO I'm not posting those damned pics!!! Lol

As for the protest can anyone find out for me the nearest meetup point to sw6 and let me know??? Want to do my bit and as my baby is a 1988 number feel a hmmmmfffffffff moment lol

Will see what Ian has planned for this weekend, I am at his mercy at the moment for transport, as for some reason my insurance co say they won't insure me to drive/ride with a plaster cast on ... Meanies :-(

Would a protest ride from highwayman have more impact ??? Can you imagine the irate drivers on that stretch of the A64 Evil Smile..plus, the 125's could make it too. Do we have a list of protesters anywhere?? Bill is right, we would need more than 3 of us to make any impact .
