As Matt is wanting to get some events up and running, I have made the suggestion of doing a tour event. It won't be until next year now as logistcs and organisation needs to be done.The basic format is as follows:Friday- Pre-tour night- We gather at an arranged base camp for a "getting to know you" evening with free beer (supplied by yours truly).Saturday- Ride-out to Anglesey where we have an evening being entertained by Holyhead rock band, Inferno and more free beer.Sunday- Ride back to base camp for a BBQ lunch and to say farewells and head home.I'd appreciate your thoughts and any ideas or questions you have.2W7D   I'm in the process of organising the exact venue and the band, but I can say that the event WILL be some where on the Isle of Anglesey and the band WILL be INFERNO. And there will be a ride out on Saturday (so you'll need to get there on Friday night if you wanna do that). Everyone welcome, kids as well, camping free but we plan on selling cans of beer (but not at pub prises LoL)I'm looking to get this organised for around the middle of JuneMore details to follow but your input is very welcome.

well, i'm just over the bridge in bristol, i'd be up for it.. most definately,...

i'm also very experienced with a pillion, and i'm sure others are aswell bp, so i suspect you could catch a ride with sum one.

might be worth adding a section to the forums/site specifically for the non-owners. maybe like a taxi type thing.. (not a great description there) but i mean a sort of area where the non-riders could try book a back seat for event type things..  and people who are willing to take someone on the back.

hopefully that makes sense, its late and i been drinking, so i tend not to make much sense in my current scenario,

outta interest, would this be a hotel/B&B type thingy, or a tent type thingy...  just thinking, if its fri night one place, sat nite another place, it will be alot of tents up, tents down, and my bike not got alot of room to be lugging all that stuffs about..  unless sum1 decided to take a kit van type thing for everyone.. might be something to take into consideration..

i took my bike up to BugJam a few weeks ago, and it wasn't too bad, as it was just go there, set up, and at the end of the weekend, take it all down and strap as much to me or the bike as i could. 

It'll be a tent kinda rally, but it's gonna be two night (Friday/Saturday), but all at one venue. Plans keep being altered at the mo so we can get the best event for everyone.
