No... not *that* Karma!

A friend of mine went into Lush yesterday to buy some of their Karma stuff - shampoo bar or something...

When she arrived home, she discovered there was a bottle of Karma perfume in her bag. She'd not bought it and it wasn't on the receipt, so she'd not been charged for it... She phoned up the shop to tell them what had happened and was told by the manager that they allow their staff to give a gift to one customer each at Christmas as a "random act of kindness".

They're supposed to put a card in with it, but this assistant obviously forgot that part of it!

Nice! Well done Lush I like that they're just doing it, without making a song & dance about it and telling everyone they're doing it, to try and make themselves look good.

Good choice in recipient as well - this lady is one of the nicest people I've ever known, who's always helping others, even if it means going short herself.
