It was a friend of a friends son and apparently he was running from the kitchen to the dinning table slipped on the laminate flooring.

I don't suppose the lad's mum would agree right now, but when you think about it, it could have been SO much worse. When he gets older he'll have some interesting scars as a conversation pieceWacko

Lol - and to think I was in the studio today talking about another piercing when I could have just done it at home!!   I'm just waiting for when he sneezes and waters the plants....   (a friend of mine sneezed just after she got her nose pierced and shot her cat!)

I remember going to the post office just after I had my tongue pierced, went to put stamps on the envelopes and ended up with the stamps entangled around the stud..(as opposed to my tongue being entangled around a stud...another story) it was very embarrasing.

Stabbed my sister in the arm with a fork once.... She really, really, REALLY had it coming, but I got bounced off the walls for that.   Funny how she always recalls these parts, yet never remembers what turned quiet, shy little me into a raving 7-year-old psycho in the first place....
