First bike I owned was an MZ125 (don't knock em, sort of Germanic commie Bantam), but I did my first riding on a Dutch Broemfitse on a school exchange trip when I was 15.   Matt, do they still do Broemfitses? Or are they cult machines among middle-aged Dutchmen a bit like Yam Fizzies?

I always played the dum blonde when the police looked at my fizzie, "sorry officer I bought it as a moped, don't they all go that fast?"  (((Sticks out chest , flutters eyelashes)))

First bike was the worlds most popular (in sales terms) Honda C50.  Had it when I was 14 and used to sneak out on the roads on it.  then on to the venerable FS1E in 1977-ish and then a nice Honda G5, the CB250.
