Suzuki Marauder 125cc, 2002 plate. Brake light bulb has blown and I need to remove the lens cover but I can't see any screws, press tabs or anything to get the lens off. Tried giving it a wiggle, up and down and side to side but to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated... thanks RB.

Looking on the internet, it says there are two screws to remove it, but doesn't say where they are. If you can't see them. feel underneath the lens to see if the screws go upwards.

I believe there are 2 screws under the mudguard, they are quite hard to find, use a torch, then the rear lamp unit should pull out.

Thank you both. I'll give it a go tonight. I have had a look around the lens casing etc but not under the mudguard.

I'll keep you posted πŸ‘πŸ™‚RB x

To remove the tail light on a Suzuki 125 Marauder, you first need to remove the rear seat and then the fender/license plate
bracket to access the light assembly's mounting bolts. After locating and removing these fasteners with a screwdriver or appropriate socket, the tail light assembly can be pulled away from the mo-torcycle. Finally, disconnect the electrical wiring harness from the assembly, usually by pressing a small locking tab.

Heck! That's a lot of fiddling about! I will not be defeated! Thanks SkullyPaul.

You're right Rags... however it was working in his shed, I suspect it may have happened when I took delivery. I discovered tonight that the nearside bulb has also blown on my car... what is it with me and bulbs and fuses?? That's 3 now so there can't be anymore.

@JP sounds like a good hack... if I get a bit cheesed off who knows... that might be the route I take.
Glad you're okay x.

Cheers all... I'll keep you posted.
