Im sorry to have the pass on the sad news Fink passed away yesterday evening in the Critical care unit at Glangwili Hospital Carmarthen .
Fink was rushed to Hospital on monday morning after colapsing at work, Her work collegeagues gave her 1st aid and resuscitation untill the Air Ambulance arrived. Doctors stablized her but were unable to fly her to the Hospital due to having a brain bleed so she was taken by a road crew.
I spent her last few days at the Critical care unit in the Hospital with Gillie and Finley
(her daughter and son in law) Fink was on life surport heavily sedated and painfree .
Yesterday after meeting with her consutaint and medical team Gillie Finley and myself agreed the best option was to remove life surport due to her brain injurys after the bleed. Fink passed away in Gillies arms peacfully and not in any pain.

We canot thank the team at the hospital enough for the care they took to ensure Fink was kept Comfortable and pain free thoughout the week.
I asked if there was anyway that Gillie could be closer to her mom in the final moments and they made it posible for Gillie to be on the bed with Fink in her arms as she passed away at 20,10 the 5th March.

I will update when I have more details
