Do you have a car Shelley?

I went a couple of years in a row by car, parked up just outside, took my tent and basically stood at the bottom gate with my thumb out, it worked a treat.

I met up with mates, pitched tent and then got a lift back down to my car to get the rest of my gear.

Admittedly it was easier when I did it the second time around as we had phones to call when at the gates! 😊👍🏻
