Horn not working

Fitted a Denali horn worked ok for a couple of days now silence! Have power to the horn 12.9v via the horn switch and multimeter so I know the switch is also working I also put back the original horn it beeped but only the once! I am now stumped any pointers thanks- kev

Have you tried adjusting it on the screw? Took me a while to get mine set right
