My first tools was a Draper socket set ,when i bought my FS1E , in 1976 , and i'm sad to say i still have it . but my tool collection has grown quite a bit over the years .

Not really a tool as I simply don't 'do' working on the bike, so it was a basic maintenance item.... a pressure gauge for the tyres lol

Same as Lulu , a tyre pressure gauge with which I promptly let most of the air out of the front tyre ... d'oh !
I'm now the proud owner of a socket set , a spanner set , a roll of very sticky black tape and some hair bobbles ....
