I think it's time Joe and Petunia made a comeback. Those short public information films about safety were spot on whilst being amusing, but it got the message across. The total lack of common sense these days is astounding, the parents were probably checking to see how many of their (cyber)friends had liked and forwarded pictures instead of keeping an eye on their child.
