@cornholio - it's in the planning stages. Potentially somewhere near New Forest. Was originally a retirement project. Ideas have recently expanded to be a family investment, including a campsite and fishing. If you ask me, it's getting way out of hand!

Originally inspired by the classic Robbie Robertson line...'why do you always end up at Nick's cafe...?'

Did I hear jinx's voice somewhere..? LOL
