We can save the day on this if we get the numbers up.

Hotels are available 2 miles away and if you share cabs the cost is reduce dramatically. On the previous two years our hotel was 5 miles away. It didn't stop us having a brilliant night out :-)

Yes this is still hanging at the minute. We have a couple of weeks left then if numbers are still low we will have to cancel the venue and the dj.
So get your names down if you would like accommodation please contact BJ . Remember this is the weekend of the MCN Bike Show at the NEC so if your thinking of going to the bike show you will get a night out on the Saturday night.

The cheapest accomodation i can find in the area is The Lodge Hotel, which is 2 miles away, prices being

All with breakfast included
Single £48
Double £58
Triple £69

As JP has stated, there are currently not enough folk committed to going for us to cover costs, so if you are definately wanting to go then add your name to the event NOW so we can see whether the numbers are valid.

Happy to orgnaise taxis back and forwards to the pub if that helps :)

Still only 32 down for this so unless the numbers pick up over the weekend I can't see this going ahead. For those that have booked rooms we will look into a night out somewhere and you still got the bike show on at the NEC if any of you are bringing a guest can you let bj know so we have an accurate number of attendees
