Lad on a motorbike forum I'm on (yes, there are others!) had new Aldi boots on when he binned his bike a week or so back - one of the boots split right up a seam - so be warned, you get what you pay for! Don't crash in them.....

Be careful of cheap safety kit.

Sorry Kaz but it always looks good until your on your arse at 60mph.

Is it realy worth saving a few hundred quid if it's going to send you straight to hospital for a few months or even worse.

That helmet might not be a lidle on and tbh it dosnt look bad for tor the cheap price. Until you see how much protection it offers you..

Lidles winder kit base layers etc are good yes. But the safety kit. Is it realy any good against impact or abrasion.
