hey ricco - the mods basically moderate all new profiles to make sure they comply with the regs & that they're not spammers & try & keep harmony in the chatroom & in the forums. We also deal with any complaints etc etc. We're all BM members & do this voluntarily & in our spare time.
There's also some mods who organise stuff - events/ride outs/meet ups. But this isn't just down to the mods. Anyone can organise these things. So, welcome to BM, if you put the effort in, then you'll get something out of it - new friends, new places to visit etc.
So dive in with ya boots on & you'll have a great time
