looking forward to my next weigh in i am so in control and on it at the moment its looking good for another loss.went out last night for a meal with my russ and was really good so able to have a nice dessert and still well up with my syns

when I was losing weight a few years ago I had weeks when the weight came off and other weeks when it didn't - BUT the inches did.
Weird eh?
You're doing so well and you're nearly there. Best thing is that you're doing it sensibly - and that stays with you, don't let it get you down; time of month and all kind of things can have contributed to the +1 this week, just wait until next weigh in.

thanx jo yep got all crossed for next week but on another good note went today to get a new pair of jeans cos all mine are falling down lol and i am now in a size 12 woooohooooo

doin' good babe ... ya gonna look fab in that dress ... however I do defo want a headband or perhaps a hat making from the surplus material you are gonna have!
