This years Bum in the Mud Rally is on the: 26th - 28th April Tickets already on sale!! Please see events page for more details I'll be there and hoping to see more of you this year

i didn't saw owt bout camping. mersea is only about 2 hours from me. up for the saturday, leave late and home before i turn into a pumpkin. Smile

i have though found that the key to successful camping is plenty of alchohol, but that doesn't mean i'm doing it again this year, twice in one life should suffice.

Both times I rode home from a rally in the middle of the night instead of camping I nearly got hypothermia........give me a tent and a Beer-jacket anytime!!

Moonstone and I missed out last year 'cos we were both sick and the weather was iffy. With the weather like it is, we deciided to pass this year. Maybe we'll do something later in the year and see you then. I hope the weather is good and you enjoy the event.

Agreed!!! it was cold last year and at one point I was thinking about sleeping in the heated toilet/shower blocks lol Hopefully this year it will be a bit warmer

but doesn't matter if its not, it's all part of the fun of 'Bum in the Mud' and as always, as a last resort, there's always those toilet/shower blocks lol We'll catch up with you both somewhere soon Cataraptor
