when I was losing weight a few years ago I had weeks when the weight came off and other weeks when it didn't - BUT the inches did.
Weird eh?
You're doing so well and you're nearly there. Best thing is that you're doing it sensibly - and that stays with you, don't let it get you down; time of month and all kind of things can have contributed to the +1 this week, just wait until next weigh in.
