I heard about this last year, someone was trying to get this law put thru when the other nutter was in the Whitehouse   If they keep getting that many attempts at people trying to get into their systems, maybe they should employ those hackers that make it through and pay them the big bucks instead spending money trying to fix a system that was iffy in the first place!   As for conspiracy theory... how do you know what they are stopping going on already, watching, listening to etc....   Big O could be happily flipping his switch right now - He Watching You   (and so is Matt and his Mods - but that's just to keep us safe... isn't it...!! )
