Update:   Fiat Yamaha have named Japanese test rider Wataru Yoshikawa as Valentino Rossi's stand-in while the world champion recovers from a broken leg. He will take Rossi's place from the Catalunya Grand Prix on 4 July for at least three races, when the team hope to have more idea about Rossi's health. Reigning MotoGP world champion Rossi suffered a broken leg in qualifying for the Italian Grand Prix at Mugello. The team chose not to replace him at the British and Dutch Grands Prix.
